Mark and his crew are very professional and great craftsmen. They completely gutted and expanded the bathroom for our master suite, including bumping out the roof and moving a wall. With any project this size, there were a few miscommunications along the way, but Mark worked with us throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. The renovation is a total success and we receive endless compliments on how beautifully it turned out. It is a true spa retreat.

Vickrey remodeling did a complete remodel of my kitchen. They gutted my kitchen and worked with my kitchen designer to create my new kitchen. They installed new cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting and appliances.
Mark Vickrey was professional and available whenever I had questions or concerns. He made sure the rest of my house was not disturbed during the work especially during the gutting of my kitchen.

Vickrey remodeled our kitchen which included new cabinets, new granite countertops, new appliances, new island sink and configuration and new pantry doors. They also constructed a pergola for out back patio using white roman columns and cedar planks. In addition, they did a mini remodel of out basement kitchen which included new cabinets, countertops, and carpet.
Vickrey did an excellent job with all three projects. I had a workable/usable kitchen in time for Christmas and all "mishaps" were handled in the most expedient manner. They definitely aim to please! We love our new kitchen and spend much time outside under the pergola. I can't say enough good words about Mark and their hardworking fun and skilled crew. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely use them again in the future.

Complete tear out of existing bathroom, down to the wall studs and sub floor. Installed tile shower, tile floor, drywall, ceiling, vanity, toilet, and all finishing.
This was about as good an experience as one could hope for with a remodel. Everyone that came to our home was courteous and friendly, the quality of their work is excellent, and the few glitches that we did have were addressed promptly and fairly to all. The job took longer than initially estimated, but the cost estimate was very accurate. We plan to use them again on future projects.

Evaluated existing deck and designed new project. Extended existing deck to house. Replace decking on existing deck. Repaired deck framing. Replaced deck benches. Installed lighting under deck benches and on deck steps. Installed deck railings. Framed and covered pool cover storage box. Replaced ramp to storage building. All covered in matching decking material. Replaced flag pole light. Installed electric outlet on deck.
As with all remodeling projects there a few unknowns. We had a few and added a couple of extras along the way. These did not affect the timeline as project finished on time. Mark Vickrey is a honest and hard working contractor. He is on the job every day. You can usually access him by his cell phone. If you have to leave a message, he will return your call. His crew is always respectful of our home and property. They cleanup every night. We have used him on many projects. He will not always be the lesser cost but knowing the job will be done right is important. Communication is excellent.

They completely remodeled the 40 year old kitchen in our neighborhood clubhouse. We were so pleased with them. They were able to choose everything, from the paint to the counters to the cabinets, which I appreciated as a volunteer working on the project myself. They were able to match another bid, and came down in price a little. We were very happy with their work, and the quality was wonderful. They encouraged us to contact them with any problems, and they respond right away.
